My allergist has always said to buy inexpensive pillows and rotate them every year. I would however like to have a quality pillow.
I think my pillow is about a year old.
My pillow is at least eight years old, but probably more like 10. I hesitate to replace because I don’t like my pillow anyway. Wish I could find some comfort. Perhaps this would do it.

i would love love to win this pillow! I have such trouble with pillows and finding a good one or one that holds up. I suffer from terrible back pain and neck stiffness. Dreaming of a good nights rest on this pillow 🙂
