I take some time out to myself in my room
I try to stop and remember why we celebrate Christmas in the first place. And that my kids will never be at this age again. That makes me realize that nothing is more important than my faith and family. Not if my turkey is dry or I got the wrong present. If that don’t work I take a long hot bubble bath. Just a few minutes away helps a lot.
