- 2 1/2 cups – chopped/cooked turkey
- 1 – 10.75 oz can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 – can sliced carrots, drained
- 1 – can sliced white potatoes, drained (you will need to slice them)
- 1/4 cup – chicken stock
- salt/pepper to taste
- 2 1/4 cup – Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup – milk
Preheat oven to 400* (degrees) F.
Grease or spray the bottom of a 9×11″ baking dish and set to the side
In a large stainless steel mixing bowl, add the turkey, cream of chicken soup, potatoes, carrots & chicken stock. Gently mix until thoroughly combined. Add salt & pepper to your taste preference. Pour the completed mixture into your 11 x 7 non-stick greased baking pan.
In a second mixing bowl, add the Bisquick and milk and mix until it becomes doughy in form. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is 9×12″, then place the dough atop the baking dish, completely covering the mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dough on top is golden brown.
