  • Bottled water, hot shower, warm Jammie’s.

  • we love to snuggle to a movie – drink plenty of liquids

  • plenty of fluids and homemade soup and sleep are my go to. I also use essential oils

  • When you are sick and not vomiting… you need plenty of fluids. And if you ARE vomiting, not many realize you can sip soda to help. Yes, soda. Lemon lime or ginger ale is best but even cola. The sweet and salt content actually is beneficial when you are queasy. Trust me, it helps. So keep some 7 up or ginger ale on hand..

  • A water bottle. That way the sick person can gat a drink laying down.

  • Sleep, a lot of sleep, and plenty of fluids.

  • Emergen-C, Lots of water, lots of rest, vitamin C, orange juice

    • Drink lots of OJ and chicken noodle soup

  • Lots of cuddles on the couch together works for us!

  • Most importantly, get some rest! Your body heals itself when you are sleeping and resting.

  • Have meds in the house, drink lots of fluids, and lots of rest.

  • I get plenty of rest and turn the vaporizer on to combat the sick bug.

  • I think tea with honey on a sick day helps a lot, especially if you have a sore throat )

  • I like to stock up on sick day supplies before they happen!

  • lots of TLC and fluids.

  • rest and fluids

  • Keep chicken noodle soup in cupboard.

  • my best tip is to eat a garlic clove daily until symptoms subside. drink plenty of water also!

  • We just experienced the Winter sickness. Lots of juice for vitamin C, lots of Water to thin secretions. Keep Toilet paper handy for nose blowing. It’s less irritating than tissues.

  • My tips are as follows: drink plenty water, get enough sleep, do exercise, visit your doctor when needed, and stay stress-free.

  • My tip is to drink tea with lemon and honey. Always make me feel a little better at the time!

Thanks for the chance to win!

  • My Sick Day survival is just laying in bed or on the couch with movies.

  • When I’m sick anything goes. We get takeout, I lay on the sofa and give my kids the tv or kindles and I make my life as easy as possible. Whatever keeps them quiet and content I do.

  • We drink a lot of water at a 9.5pH level snd use theives essential oils.

  • My daughter is getting over being sick and I told her to sleep as much as possible. It definitely helped because she’s gotten better faster than my husband.

  • Take elderberry syrup often!

  • Stay hydrated. Increase vitamin c, oranges are good. Rest.

  • It seem like everyone is sick in the house I just clean a lot and I lysol door nobs and I try my hardest to keep my kids in the house and not to venture to the shopping malls or grocery stores as not to get anyone else sick.. A friend of mine told me about a raw onion in a bowl in a room that people frequent and she swears by it that it helped her 3 kids get better in a day or two.

  • We get alot of rest and drink plenty of fluids when sick. Having chicken noodle soup helps too.

  • Lots of cool water with lemon, favorite blanket, keep up to date on medicines.

  • my tip is to drink hot tea with lemon and relax

  • Lots and lots of hot tea for me. Also yesterday I had my husband rub down my back and chest with Vick’s Vapo Rub.

  • When anyone in the house is sick, we drink orange juice for the vitamin C, have lots of tissues on hand, drink hot tea and lots of water to stay up on our fluids, and overall just plenty of rest to get all of the sickies out. I also keep a lot of Lysol spray and wipes on hand to disinfect the house. Thanks so very much for the chance!
