I shut all the windows & blinds dyring the heat of the day. Then as the sun is setting, open the blinds & window so cool air comes in. And then of course our bdrm has a small air conditioner. 🙂
i have an ac in my bedroom.

Aircondition is the best! But i always have to have a fan on when.i sleep.
To stay cool I sleep light under a top sheet with the air on. I’d sleep even better with this sheet and pad set up.
I put on the free standing air conditioner and drink ice water.
AC or the pool if we can get there
We take off the comforter and just use our sheets and a light blanket, AZ is hot!! Thanks!

I try to stay cool by staying inside in the warmest parts of the day with the AC on fans directing the cool air around the house. I try to get my gardening done at sunrise and use dark sheets over the windows to keep out the hot sun.

I run the AC. When we want to get out we go someplace that is air conditioned like the mall or arcade.

I stay cool and comfortable during the hot days of summer by wearing shorts and using a fan.
We have a swamp cooler, if it gets too hot at night we adjust the airflow to direct it to our bedroom by cracking some windows open and closing others.
We use the swamp cooler at night and control the direction of the air flow by cracking open and closing other windows. So we crack the window in the bedroom.

Right now we have a window unit going but when true summer comes it can get above 100 Degrees here and then we just kinda drink cool drinks and move very slowly 🙂

Hi! To stay cool and comfortable during the Summer I wear light absorbent clothing, try to stay in the air as much as I can, and swim in the pool to cool down. Thank-you!!
I keep the windows all open at night to let the house fill with cool air. During the day, I close the blinds when the hot sun is shining in.
I have a ceiling fan running to try to keep it cool but that doesn’t always work. I cannot sleep well if I am too hot!
