I try to use melatonin and worse case I grab the Tylenol PM
I often have trouble falling asleep. I have health issues plus we live on a fairly busy highway with much road noise. I do utilize my Spotify subscription with many different playlist options, my ear buds and it does help quite a bit.
I have trouble falling asleep fairly often. We live on a busy highway with traffic noise plus health issues = insomnia. I have a Spotify subscription and there are many different playlist choices for help falling asleep. I pop my ear buds in so my sounds/music doesn’t awaken my Hubby(he has no problem falling asleep!).
I always have trouble falling asleep. I am now working with my dr to alleviate my sleep difficulties.
Ive had trouble sleeping for years due to fear of having anotther heart attack. Was unable to wake family member during a heart attack and its left me terrified . Silly I know but it is what it is. I have trouble sleeping occasionally but I just read until my eyes get tired.
I do have trouble falling asleep. I just lay there staring until my body goes back to sleep.

Sometimes I do, but when I do, I literally count backwards from 100 and by the end I am usually sleepy enough to fall right to sleep.
I get up and down all night trying to get to sleep somethimes I stare into a candle flame and just try to let my mind go blank.
Trouble sleeping…well unfortunately often…I try reading, a soak in the tub, tv, and fan to tune out to.

Yes, I absolutely do have trouble falling asleep. When I do (which is most nights), I usually just get right back up and mindlessly scroll my Facebook timeline or eat. It’s not healthy!

Oh’ my gosh, I can’t believe you are having a giveaway for this. We have trouble sleeping and we are using a really old, outdated one. It’s the only way we can sleep but it’s really on it’s last leg and the only thing that would sound worse is not playing it at all. I always have so much trouble sleeping. I usually use a diffuser and I diffuse oils like lavendar and oils that promote sleep. I also use an eye mask to cover my eyes. That sometimes helps a little too.

Most of my family have sleep issues including myself, my mom, brother, & 2 of my sons..oh also one of my uncle’s! I have to take a melatonin supplement every night to help me fall asleep & stay asleep.
I have a terrible time falling asleep or even sleeping. When that happens I try to take a very hot bath and then climb in bed as soon as I get out. If that doesn’t work I try a snack. If all else fails I quit fighting it and just play on my phone.
