Spring Baking - Rocky Road Fudge Recipe Featuring Good Cook! | It's Free At Last

Here in Ohio, the weather is crazy and it doesn’t always feel like it’s Spring, but according to the calendar it is!  Good Cook is celebrating with their fun Sweet Creations line.  I recently received the Good Cook Spring Bark Mold and a silicone spatula and was challenged to create or re-create a yummy treat.  So here is a super easy Rocky Road Fudge that you don’t have to bake!

To make this delicious fudge, you just need 4 simple ingredients!

  • 2 – 12 Ounce Bags Chocolate Chips
  • 1 – 14 Ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Peanuts (Or any nut that you like.)

To start out, take one bag of the chocolate chips and put in a microwave safe bowl.  Microwave for 60 seconds, take out and stir.  Microwave in 10 second increments until it is nice and smooth.

Pour the chocolate into the Good Cook Spring Bark Mold.  Then, using your Good Cook Spring Spatula, smooth out the chocolate until it is even across.  Set aside.

Next, microwave the chocolate chips and the whole can of sweetened condensed milk in the same fashion you did the first bag.  When it is nice and smooth, add the peanuts and marshmallows and stir it all together.

Pour the entire mixture onto the top of the plain chocolate and smooth out as best as possible.  Stick it in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.

After it’s all set, just tip your fudge over and slowly peel off the mold.  Since it’s silicone, it is super easy to do!  Then break off each piece by using a knife and cutting down the lines that are formed from the mold.  The best part?  You can now enjoy it!  🙂

  • I agree, the mold you used for the fudge squares is perfect for spring/Easter! I like the patterns for each square are cute! I love fudge and enjoy rocky road ice cream, so I’d love to make this some time. Thanks for the recipe!
