Last time I canned tomatoes I forgot to let them blanche to seal them so they rotted!
I have only done frozen strawberry jam, but I would like to start canning my own fruits and vegies!
I have canned unfortunately it was a few years ago and I would certainly like to start canning again.
Ive been canning since I was 12 with grandmother.
I haven’t but I want to make jams instead of buying it bc store bought almost always has high fructose corn syrup.

I used to watch / help a friend can all of her goods so she would have her garden vegetables in the winter plus she made all her own jams and such. I thought I’d love to do that when I could afford to get started! This setup would be perfect for me to get started for my family !!!
