Recipe type: Dessert
Serves: 10

Ingredients
  • 1. 3 cups sprite
  • 2. 2 heaped cups of diced fruit (I used raspberries, pineapple, green grapes and blueberries)
Instructions
  1. • Layer the fruit in the popsicle mold
  2. • Top with sprite till about ⅘ths full to allow for expanding when the popsicles freeze.
  3. • Cover the popsicles and add in the popsicle sticks in between fruit pieces.
  4. • Put in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours or until frozen (preferably overnight)
  5. Notes
  6. Use a silicon popsicle mold for easier removal.
  7. Make sure to dice fruit to fit the popsicle molds.
  8. Sprite can be replaced with lemonade or fruit juice.
