Early last year I introduced my kids to Copy-Kids, a DVD that helps encourage kids to eat fruits and vegetables by showing other kids eating them. It seems like a simple idea and I was literally amazed that it worked so easily on my kids. In fact, ask anyone, my 3 year old STILL prefers raw broccoli as a snack over anything else! I pull it out every once in a while when I feel like they are not eating enough and just let it run in the background of play. This is so adorable! My three girls would have a blast with the dollhouse. My three year old could use more encouragement on eating healthy. She has an iron deficiency problem, and refuses to eat hardly anything unless convinced she will like it (through trying it or watching/listening to her brother, mom and sisters) then it still takes her an hour or longer to eat most of her food!
