I LOVE guacamole and salsa!! To be honest, I wasn’t always a fan of guacamole.  I was turned off just by look alone.  I have always told my daughter, who turns her nose up at a lot of food just by appearance, to try it before she really opines on whether she likes it or not.  Then I thought, “I really need to practice what I preach” and I started with guacamole.  Boy was I pleasantly surprised and kicked myself for missing out on something really tasty and healthy all these year.
