  • My best tip is to label everything!

  • Don’t overpack! My daughter carries her folder and a small blanket & that’s it.

  • change of clothes

  • make sure its hung up high at home so the kids cant pull things out on you.

  • My best tip would be to bring an extra outfit!

  • I have not yet packed for a PreSchooler, but I will be doing so very soon. I appreciate all the great tips from everyone!

  • Having extra clothes is our #1 item!

  • My tip would be make sure to have extra clothes and that it is not too heavy.

  • Make sure you pack extra clothes.

  • I don’t have any tips for packing for a preschooler, since our daughter isn’t in preschool yet. However, I imagine plenty of room for her water bottle, blanket and lunch would be key, as well as organization.

  • At this age extra clothes are a must!

  • Pack as light as possible. The bag gets heavy on their back quickly, especially if they are walking to school.

  • I keep a extra change of clothes in the outside pocket and one of my daughters stuffed animals in it.

  • My tip is to always include their favorite lovey for a comfort item and to have an extra set of clothing in case of accidents.

  • My tip for preschool backpack is to include their security toy , tissues , wipes, not to much in it

  • I usually pack a change of clothes in case of accidents (these will usually get stored in my sons cubby for the year) so he doesn’t have to bring it back and forth. and because they do rest time I let him bring a small stuffed animal and because im a little obnoxious about lice I also spray his back pack and stuff animal with tea tree oil

  • My tips for the preschoolers backpack is to pack wipes and tissues, a snack, water, and light jacket. I try not to overpack so that the backpack is not to bulky or heavy.

  • This is kind of strange but all of my kids have been nervous going to preschool. I always put pictures of mom and dad in their backpacks, so if they get scared they can see our faces and it has always made them calm down.

    • the first year my youngest went to preschool I poked a hole threw one of our family pictures and put yarn threw it and made him a necklace to wear. he really loved it

  • My tip for packing for a preschooler is do not forget their favorite blanket and pillow!
