A Good Time Is Just a Wink Away

I love to play board games with my daughter and her friends, my friends, or let’s be honest here… anyone willing to play the game is a worthy opponent or welcome team member in my book. Whenever I invite guests over, I find that having a board game or another form of entertainment like a party game is a great way to get everyone laughing and talking together instead of breaking off into smaller circles. A party is even more fun when people mix and mingle!

When Wink from Blue Orange Games arrived at my house, I started itching to host a get together just to play the game! Let me tell you a little more about this game and you might start itching to have a party for the purpose of playing a few games yourself.

Wink is a game that brings lots of staring, laughter and good times along with a little paranoia which is great for increasing competitiveness! The only skills required to play are social ones as well as the ability to pay attention to the other players. This means basically anyone can play Wink and have a great time doing it!

Wink can be played with 4 to 8 players. The more the merrier in this case! The more people that play, the more focus that is required. You don’t want to get caught off guard and miss your opponents winking!

A game of Wink will take 20-30 minutes and the chances are that everyone will have such a winking good time that they will all want to play again, at least one more time. Wink makes a great game for players ages 8 and older. It is a fun gift for families. It makes a great game to have on hand for when you have guests that are ready to laugh!
