• I plan to stay at home.

• No travel plans this Spring and Summer unfortunately. Maybe next year!

• With dad working in Nashville, and has been since right after Christmas, we are going to be here until he returns at the end of the summer, unless we drive out. I have thought, it might be a good trip just to take out there depending on the weather, and so forth. So every bit helps, and with April showers, brings May flowers, and we might as well try to drive out for a visit with him and allow her the same.

• Spring Break is already over here, but we pretty much stayed home, did the Easter thing with the Egg Hunt. My upcoming spring and summer plans include Carolina Rebellion in May because my daughter wanted to go. Rochester Teen Book Fest in May with my sons, ConCarolina’s in June and a quick day trip down to Myrtle Beach for my son birthday for the Ripley’s attractions and Pirates Voyage. Heading up to NY in July again for The Ren Festival and Darien Lake along with visiting family and friends. The bulk of vacation though is visitation for us so we kind of stay home because it feels weird to do too much without the kids home. Basically we plan things for when we have them here and those are often smaller weekend trips. The rest of the time it’s me in an empty house waiting for the kids to come back. Wow that sounds depressing. The quiet is a nice break though, but mostly we don’t do a lot during the summer and I pack as much as I can into the school year without missing too much school.
