The zucchini lentil pasta — actually ANY of the pastas — sound like a godsend. My toddler is in a picky-eater phase and only likes pasta with cheese and a few other foods. It’s hard to get her to eat veggies without a fight. The veggie pasta is something I am definitely going to try.
