We are amidst March Madness season and you know what that means – BASKETBALL!! With that, I wanted to share a fun, tasty and easy recipe for Beef Queso Dip using delectable products from Kroger.

Earlier this week, I shared another exciting unboxing live of March Madness favorites that Kroger sent to us. Our goody box was FILLED with items perfect to create and serve our guests for March Madness viewing parties. I honestly couldn’t contain all of this deliciousness to myself, and am excited to share this quick and super-easy three ingredient Beef Queso Dip using items exclusively available at Kroger and Company stores. To get started, head to your local Kroger and pick up the following items:

To get started, brown your ground chuck in a frying pan and drain. Cut up your Nice ‘n Cheesy cheese spread into strips. In your slow cooker or Crock Pot, add the cheese cubes first, then top with your browned ground beef and finally add in your can of diced tomatoes. Cook on slow for 60 minutes and VOILA! Add some tasty Kroger tortilla chips and you have the perfect dish ready to serve your crew. This recipe is so easy to make, you will now be the talk of every pitch-in and get-together. All items are conveniently available at Kroger stores and priced perfectly for any budget.
