Ask any beer lover and they will tell you that draft always tastes the best. This makes sense based simply on the delivery method and pressured sealed system at which it is stored. Bottling or canning might allow beer lovers to enjoy their favorite brews at home but it isn’t the same rich, perfect temperature that is served from the tap. Until now. Our pursuit for great tasting beer ironically began over a draft beer at our favorite brewpub. While enjoying a fresh pour right from the brewers tap, I asked Dave a simple question, that unknowingly would start us off on an incredible journey, ‘why does beer taste so good fresh from the brewers tap, but doesn’t taste nearly as good from a can, bottle or growler?’ And so it began. Our first year of exploration was a relentless pursuit of understanding, research and development, with more failures than one can count. But, our passion and determination grew stronger, and eventually, we perfected the Fizzics Micro-Foam™ Technology.

The Fizzics Draft System is based on a patent-pending fluid & sound technology that enhances the flavor and taste of beer. It works on all styles of beer including IPAs, Pilsners, Stouts, Porters, and Lagers.
It’s lightweight and powered by 4 AA batteries so it is super portable. It works with 12- to 25-ounce cans and 12-ounce bottles. (The larger Fizzics Original can handle those sizes, plus 22-ounce bottles and 32- or even 64-ounce growlers.) And because it doesn’t use CO2 or Nitro cartridges, there are no additional costs to use the Fizzics.
My Thoughts:
If you enjoy a cold brew, then you understand when people wonder why tap brews taste so much better than canned or bottled. The creators of the Fizzics have developed a Micro-Foam Technology that allows you to enjoy the true taste of beer the way the brewers intended, whenever and wherever you want.
Using the Fizzics Waytap is easy. Simply place a can or bottle of beer into the Waytap system (the tall cylinder lifts up so you can place your bottle or can of beer inside it), then tip the glass to an angle and gently pull the handle forward to pour the beer under pressure at a controlled rate to maintain the carbonation within the body of the beer.
Once your glass is almost full, push the handle backwards to begin the “sonication process”. This second step applies sound waves to use the natural carbonation of your beer into the ideal amount of foam.
Clean up is also easy. Once you have poured your glass of beer, simply rinse out the bottle or can with clean tap water and repeat the process to clear the lines on the Fizzics so it is ready to use when needed.
