I remember bringing my daughter home for the first time after she was born. She was so little, so delicate and so sweet.  I was amazed that by 6 weeks she was already sleeping over 6 hours in the night.  I thought “This is a breeze!”  Reality set in about 2 weeks later.  That first ear infection came and for the next 10 months, we were at the pediatricians office at least once a month with fever, ear infections or both.

Around 3 months old, she developed colic-y symptoms and it was very hard to get her to keep down her liquid medicine to fight the fever and ear infections she would have…it seemed like this lasted forever, but in reality, it lasted about a month.  As the colic subsided, the ear infections continued until she finally got tubes at 13 months old.  Those 10 months were painful for both of us…her with the ear pain and both of us with the sleepless nights.  The product that helped me get through those rough times was FeverAll. With having the suppositories on hand, it was easy to help get her fever under control and not have her constantly throwing up the oral dosages of medicine when she was sick.  It was most particularly handing during the wee hours of the morning, or on weekends when our pediatricians office was closed.

FeverAll Doctor Recommended

When your child has a fever and liquid acetaminophen can’t or won’t go down, turn to FeverAll® Acetaminophen Suppositories. FeverAll® Infants’ Strength Acetaminophen Suppositories (80 mg of acetaminophen) is the ONLY acetaminophen product available with dosing instructions on the package for infants as young as six months of age. FeverAll® is a Mommy MD Guides recommended product.

Trying to get my daughter’s accurate temperature was sometimes difficult.  Her ears were always sensitive because of the infections and her brow was always sweaty from the fever, making it difficult to get an accurate reading of her temperature.

Using a digital rectal thermometer will provide the most accurate reading of a baby’s temperature. Be prepared! Make sure you have acetaminophen in both liquid and suppository forms on-hand. In the event your child is unable or unwilling to swallow oral medication (tight lipped, vomiting), an acetaminophen suppository is a safe alternative to the liquid form and always provides an accurate dose with no mess.  FeverAll® Infants’ Strength Suppositories (80 mg of acetaminophen) is the only acetaminophen product available with dosage instructions for children as young as six months of age.

Now that my family is growing and others are having babies, I am so excited that I can share FeverAll with them.  My niece just gave birth to a little baby boy on January 22, 2015…right in the middle of cold season. Part of my gift to her is the introduction of FeverAll.  With the weather being unpredictable, his little system will be susceptible to colds and having FeverAll on hand will be an assured way to get the Acetaminophen into his system.

Remember to always consult with your doctor before using any medicine on your little one. My opinions with FeverAll is exclusively based upon my family’s personal usage and experiences.
