I use a deep conditioner.
I keep it healthy by trimming it regularly and trying (not very successfully) to use my flatiron less.
I do not use heating tools very often. Thank you

I keep my hair healthy by not using heat tools and letting it hair dry and using a deep conditioning treatment at least once a month
My best tip is to use conditioner. And not just any conditioner but the right kind. Dont turn up heat on high unless u absolutely have to!!
I try to never straighten my hair when I don’t need to!
1. Go to a beautician every 2 months to be sure there isn’t more that I can do to keep my hair looking healthy. Getting it trimmed, conditioned and if using hot tools using a protector
Don’t wash everyday and do a coconut hair mask once a week.
Getting it cut regularly, not washing it every single day (b/c it drys it out if you do) and using heating tools as least as possible.
