There is nothing more frustrating than when the power goes out and there is not a working flashlight in the house. Or, how about those projects that require a direct beam of light and again the flashlight is dead because of the batteries. Well, what if I told you about one that runs on water? You read that correctly! The amazing Hydralight is the flashlight that runs on water charge!

HydraLight - The Flashlight that Runs on Water Charge

With the Hydralight there are no batteries to worry about and no charging! It simply runs on water. You may be thinking – “how on earth”, right?

How does the Hydralight work?

To power the Hydralight, you simply remove the revolutionary “hydra-Cell” fuel cell and immerse it in water. When water enters the fuel cell, it immediately begins to generate power. Place the fuel cell back in the HydraLight, and you have a functional flashlight.

  • This is so neat! I have been seeing them for a couple months now but, admittedly, no clue how they worked (until now 🙂 )

  • This is so cool! I’d sure save a lot of money on batteries! This would come in handy for so many uses around my house.

  • Not having to buy batteries is a big plus for me. I would use it for every day.

  • I need one of these!

  • This is a very unique idea. I would love one of these for my house. Thank you so much for sharing

  • When I buy a flashlight, the first thing I look for is how long it will run because my power goes out a lot and I need that running time. It also tells me how often I’m going to have to change the batteries and how much it’s going to cost me to replace all those batteries. This runs up to 100 continuous hours on a single water charge – that is nothing short of amazing. The longest running flashlight I have is 20 hours.

  • I like how it can go from flashlight to lantern and can run up to 100 hours on a water charge. No more batteries!

  • I have plenty of flashlights but can never find one that works and has a good battery so this would be so very handy and useful for me.

  • I don’t understand how this is made to work, but it’s great! Water is cheaper than batteries!

  • Wow I am amazed you can use water to power it,I am also amazed at how bright it is.

  • I didn’t know using water like this was even a possibility…I’m really impressed with the innovation!

  • very useful in our indian villages with load shedding problems

  • I think this is as nifty as canbe. No more batteries. This would be excellent in emergencies as batteries go dead, and you don’t want to be scrambling for them last minute. I love how the charge lasts 100 hours very impressive!

  • This is so smart, I’d never be stuck without a working flashlight again.

  • This is extremely interesting to me. We live in a rural area and sometimes a power outage due to weather can last hours or it can last days. It would be great to know there is a flashlight that would work during those times!

  • I had never seen this product before. Glad I now know about it.

  • This is an awesome product that would get used a lot in my home! I wonder if the fuel cell ever needs replaced or sanitized.

  • I hate running out of batteries and it always happens when I need them the most. This is a great solution to that problem, for sure, and the fact that it doubles as a lantern, just fantastic.

  • I am amazed at this flashlight. I told hubby about hs and he really wants one. I think holding a ‘charge’ for100 hours is amazing. And no battery worries. This would be great for emergencies.

  • These are so nice. I love that you can take them anywhere and that they are so bright. Thank you so much for sharing this. God Bless

  • I live in Western Washington and it rains all the time here so I’ll never run outta juice! So the battery/hydracell never needs replacing? Or if it does, I wonder how many uses it’ll last for. Heck, I might use these to light my house at night regularly if the hydracell is a long-term, lasting item and the bulbs are replaceable..

  • These features sound awesome! This light would be do handy to have in everyday usage or a power outage (like we had yesterdsy) .

  • This sounds amazing and it looks bright enough to work here. There are 0 streetlights and if we have to go any distance away from our house we need a flashlight or headlamp.

  • This would be great for my husband. We spend a fortune on batteries.

  • This flashlight is really awesome!

  • This sounds like my dream flashlight. It never fails, when I need a flashlight it has either quit working or the batteries have died. What a great flashlight this must be. I love that it runs on water.
