  • balloons rubbed on heads and placing balloons on wall with static electricity

  • My favourite was the one on crystals because we made rock candy

  • The Solar System was my fav!

  • I made a complete electrical circuit with my day, from the switch to the lightbulb.

  • Oh! Science and the experiments we used to do were the best! We made made a volcano and played with magnets and lots more. One of the most memporable experiments, however, happened when I was sick one time when I was liitle, and my twin sister had been studying native american indians. She had learned how they cured their illnesses by collecting various plants and what they could find from the land etc. She promply took everything out of the refrigerator…grape jelly, ketchup, eggs, bologna, peanut-butter, mayo, leftover spaghetti and much more, and mixed it together in an experiment to make a folk medicine that would make my illness go away. Then she fed it to me…and surprisingly I let her! Unfortunately she did not find a cure for the common cold, I vomited for two days, and when my parents found out, she had plenty of time to think about her career in scienc while sitting in the corner. Haha.

  • The solar system

  • As a child I did an experiment with a cup and water showing how air would not let the water into the cup.

  • Making gum out of guargum

  • I remember making a volcano that was quite neat

  • I can only remember growing crystals and testing liquids for acid/alkaline.

  • I loved making Volcanos blow up!

  • We loved growing sugar and salt crystals.

  • The chicken bone in vinegar and egg in vinegar experiment. The chicken bone turns to rubber and the egg pretty much does too.

  • Growing the magic rock

  • They once wanted me to cut up a frog but i couldnt do it. I almost set the basement on fire with a science kit i had.

  • the classic valcano

  • I don’t remember doing any cool science experiements when I was a kid!

  • i remember the volcano!

  • Pine cone hygrometer….I heart science!!

  • An errupting valcano! Loved it.

  • Growed the magic rocks and magic trees.

  • The classic volcano and solar system stuff. And “grow a crystal” in a jar.

  • We made a volcano-the best thing ever! Used baking soda and vinegar…with some red food coloring…

  • Baking Soda & Vinegar in a 2 liter coke bottle..

  • would soo love this for the grandkids!!

  • Oh as a kid I made a volcano that errupted. and i also did the solar system 🙂

  • I used to LOVE that show. This would be so cool to win. Such nostalgia.
