MY SUMMER FUN STARTS ON THE RED CARPET EVENT OF DISNEY PIXAR INSIDE OUT #InsideOutEvent

Now that Spring is here, the sun is shining and gives me the sunshine fever to travel and spend some outdoor fun with family and friends.  I already have several travel plans scheduled for this summer, but I am most excited about the opportunity heading my way the first week of June.

My first stop on the travel road this summer is an exciting trip back to Los Angeles, CA!  I traveled to LA last summer for the first time ever and instantly fell in love with the cool breeze and wonderful climate of the city.  I have had an itch to head back ever since.

Inside Out

From June 6th, through June 8th, I will have a whirlwind adventurous press trip to LA including an attendance of the Red Carpet event and premiere of Disney Pixar’s Inside Out.

From an adventurous balloon ride above the clouds to a monster-filled metropolis, Academy Award®-winning director Pete Docter (“Monsters, Inc.,” “Up”) has taken audiences to unique and imaginative places. In Disney•Pixar’s original movie Inside Out, he will take us to the most extraordinary location of all—inside the mind.

 

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it’s no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (MindyKaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley’s main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.

Teen Beach 2

Another stop along my journey will be the exclusive preview of the summer hit coming to The Disney Channel – Teen Beach 2.

Watch as Ross Lynch (Austin & Ally), Maia Mitchell (The Fosters), Grace Phipps, Garrett Clayton and John DeLuca will reprise their roles in this summer fun sequel to the original “Wet Side Story”, Teen Beach.

This movie is sure to give kids everywhere some excitement and adventure as they watch this talented crew head back to the beach for even more excitement and adventure. This movie will surely keeps kids laughing all summer long.

Phineas and Ferb

Also, I will get a sneak preview of the final Phineas and Ferb episode, “Last Day of Summer.” This show has set records with The Disney Channel and

Acclaimed animation producers Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh, renowned for their global hit series Phineas and Ferb, are continuing their association with Disney Television Animation with a new animated comedy series, “Mikey Murphy’s Law,” for Disney XD. The story introduces Mikey, the fictional great-great-great-great grandson of the Murphy’s Law namesake.

The team wrapped production on the Emmy Award-winning and BAFTA-nominated Phineas and Ferb after 126 episodes, five one-hour specials and a record-breaking Disney Channel Original Movie. The series will continue to be presented daily on Disney XD and Disney Channels around the world.

Celebrating its appeal, every Phineas and Ferb story ever told will be presented in a 73-hour marathon beginning TUESDAY, JUNE 9 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT) leading to the ultimate story capper, “Last Day of Summer,” premiering FRIDAY, JUNE 12 (9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney XD and simulcast on Disney Channel. The series will continue to air daily on Disney XD.

Celebrity Family Feud

Finally, I get to head over to the ABC Studios and watch a live taping of the hit show onto ABC, Celebrity Family Feud.  Premiering on television on Sunday, June 21st at 8pm (ET), this will be fun as various celebrities and their families compete to win some cash for their favorite charities.

 

 

I also get the chance to see the infamous, charismatic host, Mr. Steve Harvey.  I have watched Steve on television for years, starting back to his sitcom days in The Steve Harvey Show.
