Do you have little ones entering P-K or Kindergarten this year? This is the time to get them intrigued and interested in STEM early on. The Learning Journey has released new products to help inspire and engage kids in coding and learning.

Meet the Code & Learn Ladybug

The new Code & Learn Ladybug will introduce your kids to basic programming and coding in a simple and fun way!  The Code & Learn Ladybug has two modes of play.  In the first mode, children use the coding cards to input directional ques into the remote control that will code the bug to land on the correct colored square within the grid map.

Once the coding is completed, hit green to go. The coder will know if he or she has programmed correctly when the antennae of the ladybug light up with the color that corresponds to the coding card.

Mode two allows your child to “drive” the remote control playmate around for freewheeling fun. A great tool for learning sequencing, directions, problem solving and logic. The Code & Learn Ladybug align with the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) standards.

Do you have a curious little student that is showing signs of interest in coding or want to introduce your little on to basic coding skills at an early age? The Learning Journey has great products to help. You can also check out the Code & Learn! Space Ship – same game, except you can imagine soaring in space!

Stay connected with The Learning Journey for new and exciting toys they bring to kids everywhere.
