  • Thank you for the chance to win, Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to reflect on the bounty we all have here in this country and simply to share that in any way we can …so thank u

  • My Mama’s cooking when she was in her prime.
Now its my turn to do for my family,
Thanks for all you taught me Mom I will surely pay it forward, I love You!

  • my dad getting dressed up….it was the only time of the year he did 🙂

  • spending time together with all the relatives

  • The first Thanksgiving after I was married, I decided to cook the entire meal for my husband’s family (it is a large family!). I spent DAYS getting ready. I was four months pregnant at the time and after cooking all day, I was exhausted! I fell asleep IN my plate during dinner. I’m sure I looked hilarious with mashed potatoes and gravy all over my face! Thankfully, his family cleaned everything up for me! (and it was a yummy dinner, if I do say so myself!)

  • the onion dip

  • I love getting together with family we haven’t seen in a long time!

  • I had never spent Thanksgiving away from my family until the year my husband and I first met. It was teh first time I had made Thanksgiving dinner and I was fortunate that my best friend happened to be the same same town that year. Together we made our own family and then we went out Christmas shopping at the grocery store

  • when all mt family has gathered for the holidays

  • Thanksgiving with my big family at grandparents after the men came home from deer hunting.

  • Spending it with my family is the best memory every year!

  • Sitting around the table with family!

  • Thanksgiving eith my dad whos now passed away.. we always went to my grandmas so he would have use do thanksgiving the day before so he could come home to left overs lol

  • staying up with my husband all night on thanksgiving eve and cooking 🙂

  • spending time with the whole family eating on fancy dishes ;0)

  • Spending time with family and friends is very important to me. Especially during the Holidays. I love seeing everyone together, and it doesn’t happen often enough.

  • My favorite memories of Thanksgiving are all about watching Back to the Future with my dad and watching Star Wars at the kids table in the tv room.

  • the last time I had both my sons home for thanksgiving. hope to have them together again

  • Great time to spend time with FAMILY

  • This could save thanksgiving for me and my 5kids this year..we need a small miracle to be able to have one..thank you

  • My favorite memory is just after I had my first child and we had Thanksgiving at our home. It was then that I appreciated how much work and love my mom had put into all of those prior years of making those times so special. It was so awesome to have everyone we loved and cared about around us, and the feeling for me was pure bliss. I worked my butt off, but as much as I wanted dinner to be great, I wanted my family to leave feeling that knew how grateful I was for each and everyone of them. We all shared a “gratitude” before dinner and it connected us in a new way. It is now a tradition we do every year.

  • I would use this to have dinner with my husband’s family that can’t afford dinner. Three separate families.

  • I love spending time with my family its a day we all cook together and this year is even more special my son will turn 14 on Thanksgiving so we get to celebrate Thanksgiving and his Birthday

  • Cooking for my family at home I love it

  • My favorite memories are from when we would go to my Grandma and Grandpa’s house! They are both gone now but we had such a great time with all the family!

  • The desserts!! All the sweet sweet smells and tons of family!!!

  • I like that it brings family together

  • I remember as a kid finally being able to make the fruit salad!
And a special thank you to the pay it forward crew- and the introduction to many more neat facebook pages I didnt know of!

  • special thanks to the pay it forward crew……without you all we would be lost

  • my memory of thanksgiving would b the day my son was borned.

  • when my one daughter was old enough to have Thanksgiving Day dinner at her house, 1st time cooking a turkey, and she left the neck and gibletsinside the turkey….good laugh, good times

  • When all of the family gets together 40+ PEOPLE!

  • I cherish the memories of playing outside in the fall leaves with my cousins, and taking scavenger hunt walks with my dad, while my mom, aunt and grandma cooked. Now I’m the mom that gets to cook, while my husband takes our son on a scavenger hunt walk.

  • I loved going to my grandma’s house with all my family and my cousins, I miss those days

  • My first Thanksgiving with all three of my children under one roof

  • The first Thanksgiving with my son was very special to me.

  • playing games with the family after dinner

  • My favorite memory is just having own family together and watching football at my Grandparent’s house.

  • Cooking my first dinner in my own home.

  • My favorite memory is when all the family is together.

  • I love thanksgiving! My parents were very young when I was born, still in their senior year of HS. So life was always a little difficult around the holidays. We moved away from my grandparents when I was very little, It was expensive for my parents to fly all of us back for the holidays. So it always was just my sister, my parents and I. It has become my favorite holiday since it was just the 4 of us.

  • The first time I brought my now husband to meet my family, we ended up pulling a cork out of the wine bottle using a screw and pliers.

  • It’s got to be the time I spent with my sister, she has since passed and she loved Thanksgiving!
