Around our area in Kentucky, the mosquitoes have been something else this year. It seems like they are out to eat everyone, with my body being their favorite! And the flies..oh they have been really bad this year too. It isn’t just outside either. Somehow, both have managed to sneak into the house as well. I have reclaimed my yard and house with the help of the Dynatrap Insect Traps. Now my family can enjoy being outside without all the pesky bugs bothering or dining on us.

Dynatrap Insect Traps

The DynaTrap safely, quietly, and effectively reduces the population of mosquitoes and other flying insects without zapping or chemicals. It can safely be used both indoors and outdoors. It does not use electricity to kill insects, so you will not have any loud zapping noises, burning odors, or insect fragments scattered on the floor or ground. Just plug it in and turn it on, let it run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

My favorite DynaTrap Products:

Flylight Insect Trap

The flylight insect trap works in any home, condo or apartment. It protects upto 600 square feet and is pesticide and odor free. There are two AC outlets and two USB adaptors on the base so that you still have access to what you need while it is plugged in.

Sonata Series Insect Trap- ½ acre

This easy to set up trap can withstand all weather conditions and works without pesticides to keep your yard (up to a ½ acre) insect free. This can also be used indoors as well. The UV light attracts some bugs into the trap while the emitted carbon dioxide attracts mosquitoes. Once they enter the trap a fan will bring them into the cage. Just turn it on and let it go 24/7.

My Thoughts:

At first I was skeptical with how well both the Sonata Series and the Flylight Insect Traps would work since they were chemical free. I was very impressed with how well they worked.

One of my favorite features of the Flylight Insect Trap are the outlets and USB adapters on the base of it. It works quietly but efficiently.

The Sonata Series Insect Trap can easily work indoors and out. If you happen to shut it off though, be sure to close the screen as it is possible for the insects that have been trapped to escape.

When it came to setting them up, I found the how-to videos very helpful.

I love these products because they allow me to enjoy a bug free environment without all the loud buzzing and zapping noises and strong smells of pesticides. Their attractive appearance is a big selling point as well. Much like other products, it isn’t obvious that they are insect traps. They have made it much more enjoyable to be outdoors (especially in the evenings) and I don’t have to worry about as many bugs flying around the house if they sneak in.

Dynatrap products can be found at many local retailers such as: Home Depot, True Value and Costco Wholesale.

If pesky bugs are an issue in your house or yard, make sure to visit Dynatrap and see the solutions to this solvable pesky problem.
