One of the best things about the patches is they stay where you place them. The only problem comes in removal of the patches if there is hair under the patch…………. that hurts 🙂

Couple of things why Jet Spray is my favorite. It can go places where I can not apply a patch. Also I carry a can in my purse and when need I spray and it is a quick dry.
I have used the gel patches and really like that they are unscented. Notice that many of their other products are unscented too which is a plus for me – cant stand the medicinal scent that other brands have.
I really like Salonpas patches. They last a long time, and really soothe the hurt.

I have a lot of trouble with the muscles around my neck. Im sure that all of these products would help me. I know my daughter uses the patches on her lower back. She loves them.
