Ho-ho-hold on tight for holiday hijinks in this hilarious family comedy starring WWE Superstar Mike “The Miz” Mizanin, WWE Diva Paige and AnnaLynne McCord. After losing his job, a slick-talking businessman is given the chance of a lifetime — to be Santa’s second-in-command. But to earn the coveted position, he’ll have to wage an outrageous battle against a scheming elf who wants the gig for herself!
The “Santa’s Little Helper” DVD is stocked full of behind-the-scenes featurettes that are sure to bring holiday cheer. In the “Ho Ho Ho”, cast and crew members give their own accounts of the job of Santa’s official helper and what goes on behind-the-scenes in his workshop. Other featurettes offer fans a profile on Paige as well as additional interviews with the cast and crew as they discuss what the holidays mean to them and the greatest gifts they ever received.
We all have holiday classics and new favorite hits that we watch this time of year. A few we watch over and over again during the season, and this year, we’re adding Santa’s Little Helper to the rotation.
I would say this is a family friendly hit (Rated PG) with one “fighting” scene but nothing I was uncomfortable letting my kids see. I didn’t pick up on any cussing either.
It was funny to watch the story unfold as Santa is looking for a new right hand helper, and it all comes down to a businessman and another elf, who wants the job for herself. We watch the plot unfold and hilarity ensues as each candidate does his or her best to outshine the other, even if it’s not completely good or honest.

that totally looks really cute. Not sure about buying the DVD. I’ll probably buy or rent it from Amazon. I do that with a lot of movies and also VUDU. I love the MIZ though and Paige 🙂 yes I’ve watched wrestling for years lol. MIZ was also in another Christmas movie which was really cute also. It’s on ABC Family.
