Biff the Dog was established in 1989 by artist Tracy Calvert Ambrose, who has more recently created several children’s books as well as developed Biff and friends for TV animation. Drawing from Biff´s inspiration and his spiked collar, Tracy created a line of spiked product designs, she then joined forces with P.L.A.Y. to bring her unique creations to market. Designed by Tracy, manufactured and marketed by P.L.A.Y., the co-branded collaboration is called SPIKED! by P.L.A.Y.
