If it seems like things are no longer free–you’re right. Increasingly there are strings attached to just about every giveaway or freebie. For this reason it seemed like a perfect time to collect a short list of things that you can get that are truly free. I’m not talking about free information about a timeshare but things that don’t cost a penny that have some actual value.

With only about six months in President Obama’s last term, you need to get your presidential swag while you can. Check out: https://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/presidential-greetings-request and see which items he and/or Michelle might sign and send to you for you or your loved one’s next special occasion. I haven’t done it yet but even though I suspect it’s auto-signed, the seal is real.
Free Rides
If you haven’t downloaded the Uber and/or Lyft apps, you can download them for free. Once you’ve got them find an Uber or Lyft promo code on Wanting.com or PromotionCode.org and you’ll be able to get your first ride for free on both apps.
