Are you as much of a Pokemon fan as my household? We have been playing Pokemon Go since 2016 and it has really brightened our days. To inspire your next Pokemon gathering, or in preparation for the upcoming movie, Detective Pikachu, here is an inspring Pokeball Fruit Tray recipe that all Poke-fans will go crazy over!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds strawberries, washed and dried with stems removed
  • 1 pint blueberries, washed and dried
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag regular size marshmallows
  • 1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow fluff
  • 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions:

  1. With an electric mixer, blend together the marshmallow fluff and cream cheese.
  2. Stir in half of the whipped topping and then fold in the remaining whipped topping until just combined.
  3. Spoon dip into a white round bowl. Position the bowl in the middle of a large round platter.
  4. Line the marshmallows around the bottom half of the plate, leaving room between the marshmallows and the bowl to place blueberries.
  5. Position the strawberries on the top half of the platter, leaving room between the marshmallows and the bowl for blueberries.
  6. Create a line of blueberries between the strawberries and marshmallows as well as around the bowl.

Cook’s notes: This dip is amazing with anything including cookies, graham crackers, and apple slices.

Be sure to pin for later!
