With summer heating up, there’s no better way to cool down than with everyone’s favorite refreshing summer sip – a Root Beer Float! Just in time for National Root Beer Float Day (August 6th) with Virgil’s Root Beer.
I love root beer floats, it takes me back to being a kid, my Mom making myself and all of my friends from the neighborhood root beer floats. Now I can sit back, make them for my kids and watch them enjoy the yumminess that I remember fondly. Check out the great recipe below to make your own.
Every ingredient in Virgil’s is all-natural – which means no preservatives, no aspartame and no artificial colors. Better yet, Virgil’s offers a Zero Sugar Root Beer option as well that is zero calories and certified ketogenic for those looking for a healthier rendition of the summertime treat.
We don’t like fake. No artificial preservatives, no aspartame, no high-fructose corn syrup or GMO ingredients. We have spent years perfecting the classic flavors of soda. Root beer, vanilla cream, orange, black cherry, lemon-lime, cola, and more: each with its own inspired recipe, bold taste, and layered flavor profile. Before craft brewing was a buzzword, we were in the tank room blending each of our recipes by hand in small batches, infusing herbs and other ingredients to ensure each unique flavor came out as intended: robust, balanced and refreshing.
There’s a certain indescribable feeling you get when you crack open a cold can of Virgil’s Zero Sugar, and nothing else comes close. After years of meticulous experimentation, Virgil’s has unlocked the secret to great taste with zero sugar using a proprietary blend of sweeteners. It may sound too good to be true, but take a sip and you’ll believe the unbelievable! Choose from a variety of bold, complex flavors, and enjoy unparalleled refreshment that will put a smile on your face without adding a single calorie to the rest of you.
