  • I love using essential oils. Lavender and chamomile are great for relaxation, but actually it’s patchouli that calms me the most before bed, I find it very grounding. Aromatherapy is a proven science – people just have to make sure that it’s not just fragrance oils (which smell nice and are inexpensive), but real essential oils, the essence of the living plant.
