I chose to make a tasty stir-fry that was quick and delicious for me and my family. Read more below how you can create this fun dish for your family.
The prep is so easy, you can enjoy this tasty dish in just 30 minutes.
Simply chop up your peppers and onions and placing in a frying pan. Add 3/4 c of Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar and your package of fresh, thawed shrimp and fry until your onions are a golden brown.
Serve right from the pan. Recipe serves 3-4 people.
- 2 - Red Bell Peppers
- 2 - Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1 - Yellow Onion
- 1 pack - frozen, cooked shrimp
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Chop the peppers and onion, add to pan
- Add ¾ cups Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
- Allow vegetables to cook for 2-4 minutes and soften
- Add packed of cooked, thawed shrimp
- Fry on high for 7-10 minutes, or until onions are golden brown and shrimp is hot
