I would LOVE to try all of these for SURE. I think I’d go for the gel first… I would beg the husband to rub it into my shoulders and neck.. that is where I get the pain and stiffness! I sure want to try this.

Although they would all get plenty of use, I would have to say the spray would probably be gone first because of ease and quickness of use.

I think I would use the deep relieving gel the most.
