    I have to remind myself to drink water constantly throughout the day. I also use SPF lotion every day on my face.

    I drink herbal teas and avoid sodas. I wash my face in the morning and use a micellar cleanser in the evening.

    I don’t have anything special, drink lots of water, do’t sleep in makeup and get enough sleep. They are what is effective though.

    Avoid the sun would be my biggest tip. If you can’t avoid it, use plenty of sunblock. It’s no fun to get bad spots removed from your skin by a dermatologist, trust me!
