Serve Tasty Holiday Cocktails with Q Mixers

Batched Recipe

 

Holiday Sangria Ginger Hibiscus Punch

 

In a large punch bowl:

  • Add 1 bottle red wine (Pinot Noir or any medium bodied red wine)
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup apple juice 
  • Add 4 cans of Q Hibiscus Ginger Beer and 3 cups of ice right before serving your guests. 

 Chai Ginger Ale Cream

 Steep a cup of chai tea for 1 hour so the flavors combine with the water and it also chills once cold you can make your drink. This can be made spirit-free or with alcohol. 

Build in a large Collins glass:

  • 3 oz. chilled chai tea
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 3-4 oz. Q Ginger Ale
  • If you want to make “the adult version”, add 1 oz. vodka or reposado tequila.
  • Fill crushed ice to the top.
  • Add a biodegradable or reusable glass/metal straw
  • Optional: add whipped cream to the top for a creamy finish. Garnish with star anise for a festive look. 

 Whiskey Maple Mint Highball

Build in a Collins glass:

  • Add 1 1/2 -2 oz. whiskey (bourbon, rye, Tennessee)
  • 1 oz. maple syrup
  • 4 oz. Q Club Soda
  • Top with ice
  • Add a biodegradable or reusable glass/metal straw
  • Garnish with 2-3 mint sprigs make sure to give the mint a slap to release the aroma before garnishing. 

 Bitter Cold Winter G&T

Build a wine glass:

  • 3/4 oz. Campari
  • 3/4 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz. Q Tonic Water
  • Top with ice
  • Add a biodegradable or reusable glass/metal straw
  • Garnish with rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice
