Mini Corn Muffin Dogs Recipe

Ingredients
- Melted butter 0.5cup
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1 cup
- Corn groats 1 cup
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking soda 0.5 tsp
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Sausages 4
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Mix all the dry ingredients.
- Beat the eggs with melted butter in the other bowl.
- Pour it in the dry mixture and knead the dough.
- Add butter on the cupcake pan. Spread out the dough by spoonful.
- Put half – ⅓ sausages in the center.
- Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve.
Mouth-watering and delicious. This makes a perfect snack you can heat and eat. I love the change from on-a-stick to a handheld muffin. Makes portion sizing easier and no waste.
